Paramour Posted June 11, 2015 Share Posted June 11, 2015 There is actually a greenyin who has traveled to London for this court case obsession that knows no bounds. Of course there is. It's because they're psychologically almost identical to your lot. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
H_B Posted June 11, 2015 Share Posted June 11, 2015 (edited) Court in London has risen for 5 mins. Short delay for legal discussion. May be nothing and might have misheard but seems like the main issue is that "the nuns jar bread." Unusual way to store baked goods even for religious types but like I say, may have misheard. I don't believe that's what was said. I've heard from someone in the nearby courtroom that it was actually discussion about fulfilling a yacht charter for the former Olympics czar. williemillersmoustache Posted June 11, 2015 Share Posted June 11, 2015 I also overheard that they're "not employing the gurney." Bizzare 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
~~~ Posted June 11, 2015 Share Posted June 11, 2015 Apparently it's to stop secco from publicly disclosing commercial sensitive information. Hardly ground breaking stuff tbh 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
~~~ Posted June 11, 2015 Share Posted June 11, 2015 There is actually a greenyin who has traveled to London for this court case obsession that knows no bounds. Who would that be? Nice of you to still be using the rhyming slang 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
H_B Posted June 11, 2015 Share Posted June 11, 2015 ^^^ Dave King Eh, he asked if he won £5, not if he could borrow it. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Paramour Posted June 11, 2015 Share Posted June 11, 2015 I never knew the rhyming intent of 'Greenyin'. How characteristically mature. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Karpaty Posted June 11, 2015 Share Posted June 11, 2015 Eh, he asked if he won £5, not if he could borrow it. He has to scrape for the Megabus fare back up the road somehow. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
aofjays Posted June 11, 2015 Share Posted June 11, 2015 It is not on NBM list so despite been told the meaning of it,he continues to use it. Sevco fan looking for any loophole to spout his filth? I, for one, am shocked. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

~~~ Posted June 11, 2015 Share Posted June 11, 2015 They're accusing sevco of breaking confidentially of commercial sensitive information by leaking it to the Daily Record. So Fat mike is upset about; Counsel for Sports Direct says that information about the percentage of income going to RFC from merchandise should not be disclosed. the 7 year deal becoming public knowledge 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Tedi, can you confirm if SD have a case here, knowing the contract. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
dave.j Posted June 11, 2015 Share Posted June 11, 2015 You mean the daily record of breaking details of Fat Mikes onerous contracts right? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
~~~ Posted June 11, 2015 Share Posted June 11, 2015 You mean the daily record of breaking details of Fat Mikes onerous contracts right? It's not just his contracts. It was a contract agreed by both Sports Direct and Sevco. You shouldn't be agreeing contracts if you can't abide by them 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
~~~ Posted June 11, 2015 Share Posted June 11, 2015 Basically Fat Mikes is saying 'I want to rape Rangers, but I want to do it quietly, I think someone from Rangers leaked details of my dodgy contract and my evidence is the Daily Record' Does that about cover it? Evidence the contacts are "dodgy"? Your clumpany did agree to them after all. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Ross. Posted June 11, 2015 Share Posted June 11, 2015 Basically Fat Mikes is saying 'I want to rape Rangers, but I want to do it quietly, I think someone from Rangers leaked details of my dodgy contract and my evidence is the Daily Record' Does that about cover it? The other possibility is that Ashley wants a court to confirm that the contract was broken, which he can then use as ammo for whatever he plans next. The gagging order makes no sense at this point as everyone with even a remote knowledge of this saga knows that the deal is heavily skewed in Ashleys favour. The specific numbers are an irrelevance. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
P45 Posted June 11, 2015 Share Posted June 11, 2015 I thought MA had lost and had no influence over Rangers. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
