stonedsailor
There's no mechanism to invest a penny into rangers and they don't owe any loans...leave TEDI alone!...whahaaaaa Does this now mean that, should Rangers decide not to pay then they are in default and any creditor can ask for an administrator to arrange their affairs?
Jambomo
and who are Sportsscotland. ? Is this something to do with Charles green ? Or even better Mr whyte ? No, Sportsscotland are a national sports body in Scotland. One of the things they do is to provide funds for training facilities - meant to be for things that will contribute to sports partcipation in Scotland so I wonder if thats why they are involved? Grant for the training facilities, maybe on the proviso that local clubs could train there as well etc. Thats just speculation on my part though
Dr Koop
Indeed, delighted that this has finally been confirmed but let's not kid our selfs, he is not going to get any plaudits if he manages to get us out of the championship, with our budget, this should be a given, perhaps if he picks up a cup and i am not talking about the petrofac here. His real test will come when he goes up against premiership opposition. Teams have gotten out of the second tier and into the top flight with a fraction of the budget Warburton & Weir Solicitors will have next season, Tedi. Many problems can be solved by chucking money at them. Some can't.
Gaz FFC
Let's not kid ourselves, Warburton is not going to build a squad purely to win the championship,. Is it in Dave Kings best interests to pay top dollar for these players? Edited June 16, 2015 by Gaz FFC

weirdcal
and who are Sportsscotland. ? Is this something to do with Charles green ? Or even better Mr whyte ? believe this was part of the funding that was used to help buiid it, think council or govt scheme Right let me get this right. You are saying sportscotland have a charge over the training ground but it was signed after the Sportsdirect charge, yet the date of the Sportscotland charge predates the Sportsdirect charge? historical from when the centre was built but only seems to have been registered recently I don't know. I am not following what is being alluded to. I read weirdcal's post and my question is to gain some clarity on what he is trying to say. Clause 2.1 is interesting seeing as how Tedi et al are convinced that no repayment date means it does not have to be repaid. Looks like Rangers have agreed to pay SD on demand. Not sure that I understand the warrandice clause. It looks like two other companies hold security from the pre liquidation of Rangers FC PLC or us that to do with leases? notice which one of Ashleys mens signatures are on it.. none its Somers.

entropy
Ashley can now ask for a court order. So don't be surprised if the gates for Murray Park are locked by the bailiffs sometime soon. Aye and broxy bear will get put down or end up west calder zoo. It would be funny if they weren't allowed to use Mike Ashley's Rangers badge .

The_Kincardine
There's no mechanism to invest a penny into rangers...... This is, of course, the level of idiocy I'd expect from you. Companies don't, of course, need a listing to sell shares in said company or to raise investment.

Tedi is an idiot and, despite his protestations that King has not actually invested in Rangers due to there being no vehicle for investment, there are means to sell shares in the company.
