Jambomo
So it's correct that Chris Graham is Rangers media person now. Only someone like Graham could have written such a statement.
williemillersmoustache
https://twitter.com/rangerstaxcase/status/663706758955700224 Rangers Tax-Case @rangerstaxcase 1 min1 minute ago On title stripping, who better than David Cunningham King to comment on cheating. http://tinyurl.com/py4njrm ‘With regard to EBTs, I was on the board so I have to take some responsibility. ‘And I follow the logic of the argument that if we lose the tax case then we probably gained some competitive advantage. ‘I believe that, on behalf of myself and most of the board members who were with me and probably agree with me, that we should apologise for that. Jambomo
A countering appeal should ensure that this gets dragged through the corridors of law for a few more years at least. Plenty to keep you lads on here busy eh!? Do we know if there is going to be one yet?
WhiteRoseKillie
The "irrevocable belief" bit is what epitomises the club, the previous club, and their acolytes. Basically, it's a KinCarCrash-esque way of saying, "we don't care what you lot think - this is how it is." Or, as Tedi and Vicky would say, "la la la, Mad Phil, diddies, la la la". We should be thankful, really. Sane people with a bit of self-awareness, contrition and intellect would have been nowhere near as much fun for the last few years. In a funny sort of a way, I'll miss them when there's nothing more than a SD warehouse on Edmiston Drive.
Mad Capsule
Scottish football has suffered enough? I assume they mean St Johnstone and ICT winning their first titles, attendances rising and a new sponsorship deal in place?
Njord
Was that the company board speaking on behalf of the club or the club board speaking on things it has been doing its damnedest to be distanced from ?
kildog
Was that the company board speaking on behalf of the club or the club board speaking on things it has been doing its damnedest to be distanced from ?Exactly, this ruling had nothing to do with the club, or the new company. I really don't know why they're saying anything at all? It's all very confusing
RedRob72
Scottish football has suffered enough? I assume they mean St Johnstone and ICT winning their first titles, attendances rising and a new sponsorship deal in place? You're joking right. Saints and Dundee crowds possibly up, the rest of the SPL all with worse average gates than 10 years ago, TV viewing figures for live games also hugely down. As for Sponsorship, Doncaster couldnt f*ckin buy a deal for two years until Ladbrokes stepped in with one of the smallest offers across European football for such an established league. The Rugby League deal in England is worth £25million a year MORE than our Premier competition alone. Consider the abject failure to qualify for another International tournament (that Wales & Norn Iron qualified for) and you get some picture of what a state our game is in. Hardly a cause for celebration.

Ken Fitlike
'It is our irrevocable belief that this Club’s history, including its many successes, is beyond debate' sorry Bearz - but right now it IS the debate. all trophies won during the EBT years should be forfeited. all those in favour say 'Aye'

Can you apologise on their behalf for us?
mythstoliveby
The campaigns upped a few gears I see , they'll keep on shouting until they get titles stripped. Don't be so sure bennett. Since the appeal court's decision the Daily Record's sports journos have published a series of articles arguing that the rangers should keep their titles. So, contrary to the mantra of you lot, you still do have your support within scottish media... The 'daily rebel'... Hahaha....

stonedsailor
Stoney trying out a tough guy persona? No just wondering. I see no issue with pursuing justice but you appear to. What is your issue Benny. Apart from "it's so unfair"
