NewBlue
Aye but he can appeal it and then whoever wins the most appeals wins, is that not how it works?
Stag Nation
Did they ask him when he intends to pay back the loan? As I understand it, Rangers did not lend the cash to the players (and ex-managers etc.), but paid the money to a trust (EBT) set up for the recipient's benefit. The cash was then "lent" by the trust, not by Rangers. So if DeB was to repay the loan, the money would still be in his trust fund.
Dons_1988
Roon ye!! Celebrating the fact you DON'T have to pay the legal fees of the individual who absolutely rinsed you. Proud day for you
nsr
Meanwhile we'll be laughing at the fact we knew he was a fraudster from day one. Not only did you swallow his lies unquestioningly, you're repeating the same stupidity with Dave King.
Ranaldo Bairn
Haha fucking ha Clause 8.3 provided: “The Company will pay any reasonable professional (including, without limitation, legal and accounting) costs and expenses properly incurred by the Employee after the date of this Agreement which arise from having to defend, or appear in, any administrative, regulatory, judicial or quasi-judicial proceedings by a third party as a result of his having been Chief Executive of The Rangers Football Club or the Company.” So The Rangers Football Club, formerly Sevco Scotland, is not the company, RIFC is. Meaning The Rangers Football Club, formerly Sevco Scotland, is the (new) club. Ooft, Tedi. Hoist by one's own petard.
dave.j
A lot of posters on here jizzed themselves when this news came out, even more online proclaimed he could not lose, forgive me If I laugh like f**k at every one of these obsessive fuckers. and yes I will laugh again when he gets sent down for fraud, yes because he defrauded Rangers but I will again take pleasure in laughing at those who`s hatred of all things Rangers means they would want to see a fraudster like Green get off scot free. Never fear, inevitably we shall have our years of failure, and when they arrive, we must reveal tolerance and sanity.

Any chance you could point out a poster that wanted a fraudster like Green to get off scot free? I'd got the impression everyone wanted rangers to pay for his defence as rangers have no money. It's certainly why I was hoping he'd win.
aofjays
Really? Technically correct (the best kind) - Tedi is after all a "P & Ber". Edited November 26, 2015 by aofjays
Ross.
ooft P & Bers not taking this well, roon ye all I stand by my comments when it was being heard in court that it was in Rangers interests to pay his fee's and make sure he gets the best they can afford. His criminal case going against him could completely unravel the current set up. This is nothing more than a pyrrhic victory. nsr
Tedi is so eager to claim "roon ye" at anything he might perceive as a victory for Rangers, it's actually quite sad to watch. But it does give a perfect demonstration of the mindset that allowed such a vile club to (artificially) flourish and then collapse.
mythstoliveby
De boer on sky sports getting the diddies telt that the EBT had heehaw to do with him signing for the world famous Glasgow Rangers #ebtmemories As someone once said, "well he would say that, wouldn't he" If rangers fans don't get that then they are either being disingenuous or else just plain thick as.....
TheLip69
I've had you on ignore for years actually. If you could ask other people to stop quoting your posts, it'd help. Thanks in advance. Seconded.
stonedsailor
Roon ye!! Nah. Roon ye. I was worried Chucky might win the fraud case. The less he has to defend himself with the more of a chance that RFC 2012 will be taking their assets back. This whole situation is win win for us diddies.

To be fair he also thought that Naisy was a die hard bear and didn't realise that footballers just say favourable things to further their careers. -

More chance of him implicating others now, unless general mike loans him some lawn tanks.
