blanco
Depends. Board comprises: * Stewart Regan * Campbell Ogilvie * Hugh McAdam * Rod Petrie * Sir Ralph Topping (SPL) (or Neil Doncaster) * Tom Johnstone (SJFA) * some bloke from a major brewers with a simple majority required Isn't ogilvie bombed out due to it involving rangers. As somebody mentioned already it would also save them the hassle of the tribunal having to decide on their punishment again.

flood
I think the 28-day "think about it" period after the CVA vote should still stand. That way, assuming HMRC don't change their minds, RFC will be officially fucked on 12 July. Radio clyde just said BDO have been appointed liqudators as of now. Die rangers, die Edited June 12, 2012 by flood

Chazza1910
The moaning faced pessimistic aresholes who 3 days ago were convinced the CVA were going to be approved are the same moaning faced pessimistic aresholes who are now saying Rangers newco will definitely be admitted to the SPL. Quite. Totally agree. Arab!

THE KING
The players and others who benefited from EBTs didn't have a legal role in running Rangers - such as being a board director. So they should be safe from charges of fraud and such like, which the directors will. However it would appear logical for BDO to take the accepted fact that EBTs were loans. And therefore go after each one personally for repayment. If they do, can they please start with Souness? No....start with billy dodds
welshbairn
From the Beeb: Another point from the SFA. This issue about clubs needing three years' audited accounts before membership can be accepted is not an absolute; it's discretionary.
flood
Green was on the radio and sounded pished. Hitting the bevvy early as he knows the spl will say no to newco, and the third div for him . No business plan for him to succeed and make money in div 3. He needs spl & europe then he was gonna bugger off with a tidy profit Bye rangers, bye Edited June 12, 2012 by flood

archie guevara
I loved the film "The Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" which was about wiping your memory of bad experiences, like a failed romance. It's time for a sequel, but this time with the therapy on a grander scale, free of charge on the NHS. Just imagine, thousands of **** with their minds wiped of all that has gone before.

thelegendthatis
Radio clyde just said BDO have been appointed liqudators as of now. Die rangers, die If true, excellent move. Move quickly to stop any dodgy deals. And that means the deal with Green up in smoke. From Duff & Duffers statement today: As soon as the CVA proposal is formally rejected, Mr Green's consortium will move towards completion of an acquisition of the business and assets of The Rangers Football Club plc. That transaction will be completed within a few days. The sum payable to creditors will be £5.5million, most of which (???) has already been paid over to us by the Green consortium.
