pozbaird
Could you imagine The Sevco merging with Celtic? The banners they could come up with together? The causes to protest against? The indignation at Palestine flags, Americans wanting to buy into their club, the SNP, the, the..... Would be truly something to see.
RedRob72
It was Rob who brought it up. And 1986! I see you have no problem with Rob taking about 1896!! Trying to unprove Rangers past... Anytime one of you morons want to whitewash your bigoted past , I'll gladly remind you. Err I think it might have been you that started this little exchange Kingy post 18750? Not completely a waste of time though, interesting to find a couple of pics that reflect on Celt*c's former days as an upstanding club of the British establishment !!

BigBadSaint
http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/you-need-know-boardroom-battle-4941494 Interesting stuff here. That's just totally bizarre....Daily Record Sport Journalist interviews another Daily Record Sport Journalist and at one point discuss a 3rd Daily Record Journalist's article. Are they just going to interview each other now in a bid to ensure they don't steal their stories from other Sports Journalists like they've done previously?
Jacksgranda
JFK 50th Anniversary thread for this pish. Jail For King? That would be the "50 years from now" thread

Nah, they went to the pub, realised they had a page to fill and just jotted down the drunken rambling pish they came up with / overheard

lithgierose
There's a very simple solution to Sevco's financial woes: a merger with Celtic. Sell Ibrox and the associated property, sell off Sevco's players to whoever will take them, and start a joint venture together at Celtic Park. Call it Seltic (Sevco + Celtic). Septic

calum_gers
We are Seltic, super Seltic, no one likes us, we have a vigil I thought his first name was Virgil? I suppose with 100,000 fans it would be easier to reject advances from English sides.

WeeHectorPar
Why does the club need money? The club is not a legal entity, has no personality, etc. How would it receive this money? Where woudl it keep it? How would it spend it? Something that doesn't exist in a tangible form cannot hold and utilise assets. Look on the RIFC web site and it says that they are the holding company of The Rangers FC but also a football club. We therefore shouldn't really talk about a clumpany; a more a clclubub - a club within a club. However, should we wish to describe its full nature, we ought to call it the "clclubumpany".
