Super Ally
In Brugge. quite funny actually. That Farrell boy might not be such a twat after all. I thought this was a brilliant film enjoyed it a lot more than i thought i would. 8/10
Cowden til i die
Casino Its a marathon of a movie lasting about 3 hours but i enjoyed all 26 miles of it(see what i did there). De Niro is once again brilliant but i enjoy that he seems side of weakness despite being in so much power. Pesci is outstanding and i cant think of many people that could have played his role any better. 8.5/10
KnightswoodBear
Zombieland Too easy to say it's an American "Shaun of the Dead". Very funny in places and just the right number of jump out scares and gore. Woody Harrelson is immense, and the lassie in it is hot as hell. The cameo from Bill Murray is a stroke of genius. Honestly, if you don't know who it is already and plan on seeing this, try and stay spoiler free. 7.5/10
Cowden til i die
High Anxiety Was just on Channel 4 so i thought id give it another watch. One of the Mel Brooks collection and one of his better ones. Not ot the same high standard of Blazing Saddles or Young Frankenstein but a very good watch with lots on witty moments. Basically a spoof of 3 or 4 Hitchcock's films rolled into one. 7.5/10
xbl
ZombielandThe cameo from ---- is a stroke of genius. Honestly, if you don't know who it is already and plan on seeing this, try and stay spoiler free. 7.5/10 I thought it started terribly, but it got really, really good and funny. I agree with the bit about the cameo though, genius! 8/10
Reference
Seen a few films over the last few days Slumdog Millionaire - Don't get the hype 6/10 500 Days of Summer - Very good film, pretty funny at parts and really enjoyed it 8/10 Friday the 13th - Really enjoyed the film up until one part which made the whole film pointless, anyone whose seen it will know what I mean 2/10
The Woolshed
Away Days Give it 7 out of ten, not the most well known cast but a decent watch none the less
SaltyTON
Halloween II (2009) As it's my favourite horror anthology I would normally give it above an average mark to begin with, however this effort gets the same mark as Season of the Witch.... Zombie went back to his Hoa1kC style, and lost the comedy that he brought in to tDR and Halloween. All round just shite, even Danni being in it for 90+% of the film couldn't save it. 3/10
Mr. Brightside
Zombieland - 8/10 One of the first good films I have seen in a long, long time. Bill Murray was excellent, however him pretending to be a zombie given the way he looked was stupid, Columbus was always going to shoot him. Which was a shame, I didn't want Murray to die. Woody Harrleson was brilliant in it too, maybe better than S.O.T.D.
paul-r-cfc
Agree with comment on Zombieland. Remember that some heavy drugs were smoked before that happened so it wouldn't be the first time that something which seemed amusing to stoned/drunk people resulted in an unfortunate outcome. Although there's really no sane reason to analyse plot points in a zombie film. Edited October 16, 2009 by Satans_Husband

Santana
Zombieland (2009) Very funny. I expected it to be quite shite, because most film like that are. A stunnin' burd is always good to have. 8/10
LAGer
In Bruges 9/10 Hilarious at points, with a good story aswell. Colin Farrell has clawed his way back to respectful in my book. I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry 7/10 Really shouldn't like it, stupid humour but can't help laughing.
DomDom
Journey to the Far Side of the Sun ( 1969 ) This was getting good too. There seemed to be a sense of paranoia which I liked and things were getting a bit creepy. They then head into space and nothing of note happens from that point onwards, which is disappointing. Avoid. 3/10

LinkinFighter
Zombieland 9/10 Excellent zombie film does what it is supposed to, cameo was great too.
dave_binos
The Wedding Crashers 9/10 This film would get a solid 10 if it wasn't for the fact that I've seen it so many times. The events under the dining table, going quail hunting and playing American Football were all particular highlights in this epic comedy.
