bluetooner
Thats exactly what i was thinking, for an unseeded draw they did damn well keeping the bigger teams apart didnt they.......... Im glad we are at home first, if we get a 1 or 2 goal win, i think they can go to pieces like Holland often do. If we were away we coulda got hammered and Hampden become meaningless. As for under 21s, i dont think we should fear the croats, they are a good team, but i think we can get a result. COME ON SCOTLAND
RiG
It smells fishier than the average Abroath prostitutes f****. As Chris says, the top 5 meet the bottom 5? Hmmm..........slightly dodgy.

QUOTE FROM UEFA.COM; I think there were some matches where both teams wanted to avoid each other," said UEFA President Lennart Johansson after the draw. "From what I could see they avoided the pairings that they were afraid of. I have to say that it was a fair decision not to seed the teams. morrison
You just knew we weren't going to draw Slovenia or Latvia, just knew it. Don't know how UEFA managed it, but hats off to them for convincing the fans the draw would be fair, then magically getting it to turn out the way it did. On the bright side, at least it's not Spain. On the negative, we've got to put up with Mr V.N. If we can squeeze out a 1-0 in the first leg I'll be delighted. You'd be a complete fool to expect us to get through this tie but there's nothing wrong with being a bit optimistic. The U-21's will hump Croatia

Mr Van N isnt in the team due to a bust up.... hopefully it remains that way (although with van Hoijdonk, Makaay, Kluivert they already pretty damn good).
