squeezeboxson
It's basically a game in our own stadium anyway? Colour scheme and all. Hopefully we'll be too strong for them. Edited July 6, 2015 by squeezeboxson
DumbartonTerrace
League Cup draw would have been a family affair for Gordon Smith and his brother Kevin - BUT.... Scottylintonstowel
In keeping with tradition the game with East Fife will be postponed 16 minutes from kick off with 100 Dumbarton fans already in ground.
the snudge
Tricky game. Both clubs in a period of transition. A team we've not played for a wee while but a pretty shite away day.
the snudge
Paul Shields has signed for East Fife, os he not local lad?
George Parr
Good to draw a league 2 side but probably the least desirable journey in that division. Should prove another decent test.

the snudge
No chance am I paying a tenner for a friendly
Jan Vojáček
I'm working for all the midweek friendlies, so I couldn't go anyways. But a tenner to see a team we played 4 times last season?! Surely £6/£3 would've been better prices. Wonder if it'll be a tenner for the Bankies match too, only one I can go to.

Darren1872
Tenner for a friendly on a Thursday. These guys sniffing glue? No like we are playing Barcelona. Were playing fucking hearts.
Turnberry Fields Forever
DFC in out-of-step-with-public-opinion shock
George Parr
At least one of these diddy friendlies should have been on the season ticket, given the loyalty shown by fans. Dfc clearly have their eyes on the coin of travelling Jambos.
cedrick1
With virtually a new team and manager we all want to get down to see what we've got and not against junior opposition. Once again dfc have seen this as a chance to take the p out their loyal fans. I hope no one tries to justify this cause it won't work. Discraceful

Jan Vojáček
Another new signing tomorrow.Source? A striker would be splendid
squeezeboxson
Another new signing tomorrow. Wouldn't mind having any of the trialists from the weekend sign up. As long as it was on the right conditions ie not paying over the top for Pedro or Routledge. Young Mark Thomson seemed decent enough but obviously can't judge too much on one game. Seems he is a player who can play more than 1 position giving that he is listed as a striker and then played RB on Saturday. Looked comfortable anyway.
