What are you watching it on? Generally, through the Plex app on my Samsung TV. Normally works a treat. I've got two plex servers set up, one on my own cloud server and another on my laptop. Both have been the same. Maybe it's Plex that's the problem but I don't really want to have to watch it direct through the laptop on a wee screen though.
