Weighed myself Saturday morning before exercising, 12 stone 5 and 3 quarters. Weighed myself after exercising and dropping the kids off at the pool, 12 stone 4 and a quarter.

Exercise takes the weight off you gradually, over a period of a good few hours. It's probably best to weigh yourself the next day after some exercise.

I try keep it to Saturday morning Donnie, I'm strict all week with food and exercise, after my Saturday morning session is done it's anything goes until Sunday morning. It would be disastrous to step on the scales after my fat b*****d eating and drinking efforts on the Saturday. :P

The fraggle in Redhead81's avatar is familiar. Didn't one of the First Ladies of P&B, Lynn Marie, Rowan, SaintSam etc, use it for a while?
