In response to a compliment like this, most people would say, 'Thanks. I try'. However, I won't say that. The act of 'trying' suggests that it isn't second nature for all Club DOSS members to act in a similarly empathetic manner. And that is plainly wrong. I nipped into Campus yesterday after work and got one of last season's yellow strips to try and swap whilst over there. It would be doss to get a nice memento of the trip.
