Lex
Nothing is insurmountable. Do you give up this easy in everyday life? True. But you're 4-0 down going into injury time. Technically you can still win 5-4, but come on now. It ain't happening, is it?
HaikuHibee
A 13 point gap including don't knows is pretty much insurmountable at this stage in the campaign. Especially when it's coming from one of the two most favourable pollsters towards the Yes camp. I mean, on that Survation poll, No doesn't have to win a single undecided voter and it still wins. Short of a massive scandal, this is now game over. And it's the SNP's fault. What two polls though? Survation is the first poll. What is the second?
HaikuHibee
Its obviously a moot point in our referendum unlike the Québécois which was a proper close battle. You know nothing mate. Making shite up on the spot. You know sweet f**k all.
H_B
The NCC nightshift was working hard last night. Were they making their normal hamfisted effort at burying yet more bad news for their failed campaign or something? I think we are still in 'but Facebook and car stickers' land

Confidemus
True. But you're 4-0 down going into injury time. Technically you can still win 5-4, but come on now. It ain't happening, is it? We're clearly not. Your head doesn't equate to the real world, champ. This one is. Unlucky No it isn't. Honestly, do you No voters ever achieve anything in your lives? A bunch of defeatist no hopers. I've heard lots of instances of DK's and soft No's being converted to Yes. None going the other way, other than No voters trying to be funny. Anyone who thinks that Yes can't win are kidding themselves.

What you've "heard" is people faced with a boring twat spouting politics so they say what they have to to get him to f**k off. Look at that ridiculous tweet from the Dundee canvasser earlier.

ecto
Poll sample size - 1000 So what I converted 2 undecideds at work today just by having a chat. A guy at work has been handing round the white paper and has convinced dozens. Nobody I know has ever been asked their opinion by poll organisations. Anybody on here? better get a "shift" on to get the rest of the country, 2 at a time is not going to get "momentum" to show a "trend" towards gaining independence

SodjesSixteenIncher
f**k this, I'll be on here on 19th Sept shit. If you're really passionate about this, please just take a week off P&B if it's a No vote. Watching HB go from his usual WUM act to full fat Mr Bairn/8mile level trying to be funny trolling was painful enough reading, never mind people actually arguing back.
