It might be called the Sapporo Dome, or that may be a PES stadium. Part of the reason for the cut in the stand is that the access to the big bank is via a walkway that runs behind the new main stand next to the railway line. Agree with your sentiments and it's only about 3 miles away but it's on the outskirts of town (see pic). This was an option a few years ago, however it was rejected as the Chiefs would control none match day revenue, they would not have any colour of seat than light blue and as Exeter are fan owned the trust rejected the proposal. The Chiefs ground is also way too big for Exeter City just now. All the current work is done with no borrowing as its against the rules of the Exeter fans trust.
