Jmothecat2
Both apparently eligible for tomorrow. I had thought I'd read somewhere that only one new player can be made eligible in the week before the game but that must have been wrong, unless there's a different rules for Keepers.
G-MAN
Tomas Cerny now signed [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]. The amount of abuse I’ve given him over the years. Time wasting ****
Reid
You’ll learn to love his time wasting. He’s the best at it.
Alex_14
He will probably never play a minute for us.

Encouraged by the fact he's in the last year of his deal so there is a chance to keep him on. Encouraged by 70 starts in the championship. Internet suggests he is right footed centre back who has filled in at left back previously. So presumably we'll play him at right back ha. Striker, winger and keeper to go now. He'll go straight in at right-back against Rangers.
Stan Butler Says
Cerny is a clever utilitarian signing for youse. 1-0 up at Parkhead or Ibrox, 10 minutes to go, and wheel him on as a sub. Game over.

RussellAnderson
SIGNINGSEncouraged by both. Hoban looks a good standard, and Cerny's a player I've always admired for his pissboiling capabilities. Glad to have them on board!

Jute
Happy with both signings. Hoban was playing at a decent standard until he got injured and looks like he can play right back and centre half. Always liked Cerny as a keeper and he will provide a decent back up to Lewis. Still think we need to get in a striker who can score goals.
Menzel
Pleased with these too. You'll notice that Hoban played most of his Watford games during the season they were promoted back to the Premier League.
G-MAN
DM confirmed those two are the wildcardsSo no striker. Nowak staying on trial for longer.
RussellAnderson
As I've said before, we can probably expect a bit more action once the English window shuts next month. Clubs will be hedging their bets til then.

I thought we were only allowed one? the reports for Hoban say he’s going straight into the squad, but I haven’t seen that in a Cerny report, so I assume if Lewis gets injured an outfielder goes in? That never happens though, not in important games.

Well Mair and Craddock are already in the squad so one of them would have been on the bench but McInnes said in his press conference today that both players have been registered. Two wildcards were allowed.
