The worst thing for a fan listening to the radio is when they say there's been a goal at your game but not who for. That's a lot to remember!
Drewmc
For consistently incorrect football reporting tune in to Radio Scotland for the sports bulletin that follows the 6.30 news headlines in the morning. If Goodlad is doing it you can just about guarantee one absolute howler. This morning he reported that Birmingham had beaten Liverpool last night. If he could just check the facts rather than endlessly trying to be a smart arse that would be much of an improvement l
Gianfranco
I’m quite enjoying the music I’m hearing in the background on Sportsound. I think it’s St Mirren that always have music that’s up my street. I always hear Lay Down by DMAs and Here come the young men by The Courteeners. Hopefully they stop talking about Aberdeen soon.
paranoid android
Why is their music playing in the background while games are on?

DA Baracus
Heather Dewar reporting on the game at Gayfield just then and didn't once mention the wind.

Why would there be music playing at the game Derek Ferguson is covering, btw? Edited February 6, 2021 by paranoid android

Perhaps 'Gayfield being windy in February' is not quite the stunning development that the snowflake Dunfermline fanbase think.

Chic's confusion over Zorba the Priest / Zadok the Greek, and immediate inability to remember what he had just said 2 seconds ago was champagne listening.

perthsaint1977
Richard Gordon reading out the wrong league table. 5 times he had saints only having 28 points tonight but they have 30. Basic stuff yet no one corrects him

kennie makevin
Why is this programme called Sportsound ? Wouldn't Footballsound, Soccersound, Oldfirmsound or similar be more appropriate. Whether it's your cup of tea or not surely a Scottish international team beating England in London for the first team since 1983 in the150th anniversary of the oldest international fixture not just in Rugby but any code of Football might be worth reflection on a Scottish Sports programme.

Football fans would rather lose or draw playing stylish football than ground out narrow wins playing rather conservatively, says John Collins. Would they, aye? Speak for yersel, John.
