Ludo*1
Can he play up top on his own? I've not got the greatest of feelings about Loy despite his clearly very impressive record at Falkirk.

I'm pretty sure he did when they beat us 2-0 to go top last season.
ChineseMan
But at Carlisle he was most dangerous when he had Gary madine upfront with him. G_man talking absolute pish as per usual. Gary Madine left Carlisle for Sheff Wed before Loy even joined them.
Dee Till A Die
Would be a great signing. G_Man
RiG
Reports on Twitter suggest he has signed a PCA with you guys. Could be a very good signing. I had hoped we might have taken a look at him to replace Mckay. Pretty jelly to be honest.

ChineseMan
Gary madine left January 2011 Rory loy joined January 2011 However if I know how to cut n paste on this mobile I will. Madine got loaned back until end of season All be it he has been good for Falkirk. Hopefully like Stewart does a good job. Got to be better than what we have Madine left 15th January, Loy joined on the 28th January hence I was correct You're partly right, though, Madine was loaned back to Carlisle but that was in January 2014 - some 6 months after Loy had left the club. In his whole 26 year existence , Rory Loy has never played with Gary Madine. Unlucky. Looks like a tidy signing to be honest, happy enough.

RawB93
Not surprising to see Dundee signing another one of our rejects I realise you're only looking for a bite. But, how can he be a reject for moving to a bigger club, higher in the league? Escapee, more like.
kiddy
I take it he's replacing McGowan? http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-tayside-central-31589181 The boy's got previous. http://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/452731/St-Mirren-footballer-Paul-McGowan-spared-jail-for-police-assault

Escapee, more like. Because when we rejected him he went to a far smaller side in the seaside leagues.
Moo
No wonder a lot of decent strikers leave St Johnstone with them playing 10 men behind the ball. No service to the poor lad.

We've got high hopes that of he does receive jail time it will be short term and won't affect us too much. He's a pretty major player for us.

kiddy
The Dee's in throwing money at conveyor belt of "averge players" shock, horror. When's the next admin, perhaps the man with the inside info could tip us off & we can all get the bets on?
rambling syd rumpo
Could be awkward if Letheren stays Ooof. That game. Only 13 months ago. I was convinced we weren't going up, and would be condemned to misery in the play-offs at best. It was a week before we drew at home to Alloa.
bunglebonce
Loy's a smashing player. Much more of an all-round forward than I expected him to be when he joined Falkirk. He played up front on his own for a fair part of the first half of this season. Have a look at his goal against Hearts. http://youtu.be/EWEESay2TrY?t=1m52s Edited February 23, 2015 by bunglebonce
