dd23
Six goals scored at Dens in two weeks, all in the same goal. Spooky.

rambling syd rumpo
I see United's official report starts "United fell to a disappointing defeat in South Lanarkshire". Sorry, finding the pies have run out is disappointing. On the pitch it's disappointing if you lose by a single goal when you should have taken something from the match, like last week. A four goal horsing at Hamilton is so far past disappointing that it's in another time zone.

Everything's rosy nothing to see here etc...
LBC-91
9/2 for Top 6 before the season started now we are 4/9.
DundeeDerryBoy
9/2 for Top 6 before the season started now we are 4/9. We were 4/1 to finish about the filth before the season starts..... That's probably about 1/6 now.
rambling syd rumpo
It's a known fact that the tannadice media team are a dab hand at putting icing upon a dogshit. Everything's rosy nothing to see here etc... Schadenfreude aside (and ignoring the message board gossiping about United's problems behind the scenes) I don't see the justification for punting McNamara. He was doing ok, and United are likely to go through a transitionary period after losing so many of their first team while their good young players develop. If the club aren't happy with that then they should free up money for McNamara to bring in experience. If they don't want to do it then they should just suck it up and accept they may have a poorish season. The trouble for the board is that so many noisy United fans have a massive sense of entitlement. For them a transition period is top six and out of the Euro spots. For Dees transition means building up for a promotion push from the Championship. Perhaps a wee stint touring round Alloa, Livingston and Dumbarton would be good for the souls of these frustrated Arabs? If they kick out McNamara now they might actually bring that about.

Deeboy
I just had to do a quick double take I was in the right thread there. This. WHATS HAPPENING WITH JIMS TAP FFS.
Deefiant
The trouble for the board is that so many noisy United fans have a massive sense of entitlement. Absolutely bang on the cash. I've been saying this for months on this forum. A lot of them have truly bought into this 'WASC' 'WFDUFC' pish. It is absolutely delicious to watch after the way some of the roasters in their support have behaved over the past few years.

Dee Man
This. WHATS HAPPENING WITH JIMS TAP FFS. I'm going to ask my #sources at Dens to find out if it has been uplifted. It's all very quiet and mysterious when the question gets asked. Framed and hung on harry94's wall, imo.

punk_dfc
I would hope Bain would stay another season. Would fully expect him to go next summer and would likewise expect a good fee. Started watching Dundee in 94 and have seen a few good keepers. Bain might become the best of the lot.
