Dee Man
Us and the tractor shaggers share the dubious honour of having the lowest viewing figures for a live game on Sky. It must've been around '97 as I was in a boozer in Hayes with the regulars moaning about the shite game that I'd asked the channels to be changed for. Justifiably moaning I may add.
nelsjfc
IIRC that game was shown as contractually SKY were obliged to show a game including every team and saints hadn't been covered.
Fifespud
We have played another live game at mcdairmid. Near end of 2001/02 season lunchtime live kick off. Dees won 1-0 answer saintees got relegated again around that time. Lovely watching any game when Sainties got relegated though. It's wishful thinking but it would be magic to see United go down again. Looking back I didn't relish the last one enough.

Remember the day it happened well. We just missed out on the playoff spot despite winning 5-0 down at Stranraer. Mixed emotions on that mammoth bus journey home.
Costanza
We dont win televised games at McDiarmid Apart from the loads that we have won.
RandomGuy.
Craig wighton has the same number of premiership goals as Chris Kane in fewer appearances. He is also 3 years younger. Wightons only played 130 minutes less in the Premiership than Kane, the equivalent of one and a half games, its not as if its a massive gap between the two. Neither have particularly been given a decent stab at the league anyway, but I doubt you want to compare their Championship records.

How did Chris Kane do in the championship aged 16-18?

Deefiant
What does age matter? Stevie May only had 2 goals in 21 games in the Premiership, and 1 in 1 in the Championship by the time he turned 20 It matters because in a league full of hairy arsed men I'd expect a 20-21 year old to do better than a 16 year old boy who is physically miles behind. I think a lot of people (including Dundee fans) forget that wighton is still so young. He made his first team breakthrough at 16 and became our youngest ever goalscorer. It feels like he's been on the verge of breaking through for years and fans get impatient but he has just turned 18 which is a more normal age for players to be getting first team debuts etc. I am confident wighton will go on to have a far better career than Kane and am of the opinion he may already be a better all round player.
ChineseMan
I see the bold Matty has finally been banned. Good news. He can now concentrate on being a better father.

ChineseMan
Neil McCann said "morning" to me today. It was a grand start to the day. Congrats, I still remember the day future Scotland international Craig Forsyth said "Hi" to me whilst buying a meal deal at Tesco. I'll tell my grandkids about that one day.

Yes, those are cherished memories which should be shared with future generations. I could also tell my children about the time I was in WHSmith in the overgate and saw Jocky Scott. I said "morning Jocky" and he said "aye" as though I was asking him a question.

Deefiant
Once, when nutted on the swedgers, my mate came to pick me up from fattys. As I jumped in his car Lee Wilkie and Gavin Rae (Dundee players at the time) jumped in the back and asked for a lift to the casino (gala at the time) What followed was a fairly intense convo around biscuits, with me arguing with Chopper that not only were Foxs classics infinitely superior to his preferred viscounts, but they could be categorised as the essential biscuit. I stand by my statement to this day and I knew something was up with Lee from that point. No surprise to me when he turned coat. Scum.
Mkregan
I'm not one to brag, but I once bumped into Nicky Reilly and Kyle Benedictus the same day that Benny scored a screamer against Hibs. Nicky ignored me completely, Benny gave me a 5 second long kiss on the cheek. Went home for a w**k afterwards.
