Can you imagine being a Clyde supporter who actually gives a shit about that "rivalry"? Must be ridiculously unsatisfying.

Probably about the same feeling Morton fans have regarding their rivalry with St Mirren.

For the stattos out there, I believe this is our 100th appearance at Firhill. Of the 99 games, Partick have won 46 times whilst we've won there 26 times.

Our last game there was a 0-0 draw back in 11/12.

I make it your 96th visit to Firhill with Thistle having 110 total home games(including friendlies) against Dundee.

seem to remember a rather large section of your away support getting bored of the game and turning to scrapping with each other in the North Stand....

Yup a large section which consisted of 3 people (with one of them just standing in the middle of the two of them).

Can someone tell me the best way to get from the centre of Glesga to the golden pavements of Maryhill? Thank you. Looking forward to this, and will be topped off with Jagfoxs dj skills.

Assuming you're getting train to Queen St, exit side next to ticket office and right ahead is Buchanan St underground. Jump that to St George's cross then walk up Maryhill Road.

Head west along Sauchiehall st till you reach the corner of Pitt St and pop into the excellent State Bar. Continue west over the motorway, turn right and have another couple in the Bon Accord. Head left when you exit and continue till you turn left into Maryhill Rd. A couple of hundred yards later you will encounter the Woodside Inn where some nice Thistle fans will buy you beer and escort you to away end.

Link. Goes back to 1897 so my Firhill comment was a little off. No friendlies included.

Oft. Not only directions but pubs too. Well done sir. I know the centre well from going to diddy domes like St Mirren and Morton. I'll just get the subway to Maryhill in time for KO. Too much walking involved i'm not coming through for a sponsored walk. Thank you.

Least we fight amongst ourselves rather than taking it out on the poor club mascot. ;)

Seeing as it's on the route you suggest, is the Carnarvon Bar any good? It certainly looks the part from the outside.
