Hawk89
Anyone else with a Coral account? Is it normal for them to take a few days to credit accounts with their winnings? (not talking about withdrawing money from account) Every other bookie I've used usually attaches the money to your account within an hour or two,

It would take at least a day for your account balance to be updated, so much so that i stopped using them, now i mainly use Bet365, i find them a better service online overall.
welshbairn
McBookies pay out minutes, sometimes seconds after the results, with a short delay sometimes for non league.
Parscelona
I had the same issue, yet when i logged out and logged back in my balance was updated.
Hawk89
I had the same issue, yet when i logged out and logged back in my balance was updated. Cheers tried logging back in there and it appears to have worked, took 3 or 4 attempts to get their withdrawal page to load correctly....think I might just ditch them as they seem to have a pretty buggy website.
Loki
You better get used to Bookies asking for you to fully identify yourself as it is a requirement of the amended gambling law recently passed. They really should do it before you even place a bet, but generally ask only if you win. They have to do this more often as part of their operator's license. I find Coral's website to have difficulty loading the account page, but I use google chrome and it worked fine when I used Explorer. I find that they take a day or two longer than Bet365 or Sky Bet for the money to hit your account. I haven't found them slow to settle bets, but as previously stated I only use Explorer on their site now and it seems to work better.
Loki
I suppose people probably don't want to have to wait a few days to make a bet but it still comes across as dick ish when they only ask for proof of age when your withdrawing from them I still don't like Coral Yeah as straight away you would go f**k it, and use another operator. I don't like Coral either I just signed up for their free bet. Used them for a week and haven't used them since. I don't like their site either. Especially since I have to switch to Explorer (which I hate even more) to use it properly.

I've just signed up to a Coral connect card where you can collect your winnings in the shop instead of waiting for it to go into your bank account.

kittrad
Same here. Quite annoying but I guess for now, there's not much anything that we can do about it though.

Jambo Stu
Do coral not offer PayPal? They do, that's what I use with them. Must say over the last couple of days my winnings have been paid instantly.
Paris Hilltoon
They do, that's what I use with them. Must say over the last couple of days my winnings have been paid instantly. Dunno why people don't just use that then.

Jambo Stu
Just since thread is here. Got a text offer of betting 1x £10 in play at Aus open 1st Round and getting 2 x £10 free bets for, 2nd round. Rather bizarrely as I went to place the qualifying bet on a match tonight it gave me the offer of the two free bets (which wernt meant to be till the second round) and I hadn't even placed the qualifying bet. Here's hoping for some phree money
Marshmallo
A couple of months ago I got an email telling them my account had been reviewed and I was no longer eligible for free bets/price boosts/special offers. No idea why, I've been making a profit over them over the last couple of years but not using any of the stuff they blocked me on. Went on today as they were biggest price by a mile on an outright NBA market and they limited me to £6 at 4/1. Raging.
Marshmallo
And now limited me to 25 quid on Aberdeen on Sunday at odds of 10/11. Getting to the point of bring unusable.
