Think you will find that is covered by a little form signed on the first day in the job.

The general public is and always will be clueless when it comes to these issues.

Maybe if you accompanied people to hospital after being assaulted by these poor persecuted junkies with their tenner bags you would have a different opinion on trying to sort out the drug issues in Scotland.

You got bullied at school didn't you?

That speaks volumes about your attitude. Fucking volumes.

No am afraid it's a fact.

After all you can't make a point without swearing.

Says more about you I'm afraid.

No but they are a criminal though.

Drugs are illegal are they not?

Homosexually was once illegal.

That's hardly an excuse for carrying out stop and search on 1 in 5 people in Glasgow just in case you might find someone with a small possession on drugs for personal use.

More offensive than this recent post of yours?

Like most members of the unwashed you have no clue of the law.

Go back to your squalor and teach yourself English Mr Nobody"

You have got a lot of time on your hands.

Maybe you should get a job.

Clearly you think personal use should be legal, I don't.

I see the misery and crimes committed to get that small amount.

Do you think there should be no stop/search at all and people can go about carrying whatever they want?

Tell me how in your opinion should police find knives, drugs or stolen property?

Should we just use our pshycic abilities?

Stereotypical arrogant, institutionalised copper who thinks he is the law. Police Scotland's finest.

I joined the job at 29.

I am anything but institutionalised.

I do however know more about the law than any of you who think they know better.

I do work. I also work closely with the police on a weekly basis

I also have to deal with junkies.

Probably best you get off your high horse on this one

Think you'll find that wasn't said to you.

You sound like a social worker who wants to blame everybody except the people committing the crimes.

Were you a lawyer up until then?

It's my experience, after successfully representing myself against a laughable case, that a majority of cops know very little. On several occasions I had to direct them to the law after they made up bullshit on the spot.

How do you know what other people do or their experience of the law? Is it only The Police who understand it?

Office worker, postman and latterly prison officer before joining police to give my family the financial security they deserve.

I find members of the public always think they know the law

So you got lucky in court well done.

Clearly you dealt with about 10000 cops at this time as you appear to know about most of the 15000 in the job.

No but I know I understand it more than people on here with their views of how to do the job.

Everybody's an expert.

I certainly wouldn't dream of telling a brickie or joiner how to do their job as I don't know anything about it but when it comes to my job everybody appears to be an expert.
