Distant Doonhamer
Worth his Lamborghini - first Scotland hat trick in my lifetime! I`m so old that it`s the 6th in my lifetime, though the Stein one is the only one I could remember So Scotland that we lost one of the 6 matches, losing 4-3 in Norway when Denis Law scored all 3. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Scotland_national_football_team_hat-tricks

Mark Connolly
Cup winners cup was it not? So on the basis that the Scottish League Cup Final is also a cup final held in Europe, Fletcher has done it twice?
Gordopolis
So on the basis that the Scottish League Cup Final is also a cup final held in Europe, Fletcher has done it twice? A conclusion that's hard to refute
7-2
So on the basis that the Scottish League Cup Final is also a cup final held in Europe, Fletcher has done it twice? Fletcher didn't get the trophy presented to him in a broom cupboard though.
Gordopolis
Fletcher didn't get the trophy presented to him in a broom cupboard though. But the fact he didn't have abs like John Collins probably took the shine off Fletcher's trophy win

Gordopolis
Fletcher must have a terribly small penis, Maybe a penis transplant would help. That's the real subtext of this thread

Lex
Sunderland playing Everton today and neither Fletcher or Naismith started. Naismith was an unused sub despite Everton being behind from 53 minutes and Fletcher got on in the 83rd minute. Disappointing to see our two main forwards are currently unable to establish themselves in the starting line up of lower half EPL sides.

Gordopolis
Fletcher is just back from injury, having been previously ruled out until August. Yeah he seems to be back well ahead of schedule. The Naismith thing's worrying though - given how many of us said he was or was one of Scotland's most important player(s) in that other thread. Could label it as squad rotation, but I don't think it's as simple as that.
