glasgae junior
I went along to R iccarton alst night to watch craighsill thistle players for a junior team having expecting them not to have a full side against a student team I was very surprised to see them playing their full team I noticed Geo McGregor was playing having played SAT VS southside and then sunday vs Fairfield and then played 90mins yesterday against a team they were always going to beat even though the students were the better team first half I also saw DAVID SWAN play after he had played sat and sun same as Geo, but had to come on after 25 mins as the students gave them a torrid time there was few guys playing as well who I thought would have been rested. I feel this games will catch up with them and will create Fatigue and ultimately injury. Am not an expert but I work as a sports science,i wil advice the craighsill management team with the abundance of talent they have , surely few of their guys can be rested for this silly games and kept fresh for the bigger ones, they will win the league at a canter I also noticed they had the lads welshy and gary shanks playing, this guys are off highest quality and should have not been playing last night all the best to Bobby Main and his team over the course of the season, I really hope they win loads as they are a cracking outfit. Dinsey
You're absolutely right mate, thank f**k we've got a sports science on this board to tell everyone where tey are going wrong. I also heard a rumour that bobby had the boys in the changing room whipping them until they agreed to play last night. If they're no paying them, they're being forced to play. Animals at that club.
