MarkoRaj Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 What Dugdale and slab did to sturgeon is worse than what her aul da did to her imo
FuzzyAffro Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 To do what, what has he done? All I've seen is 'check up on facts before speaking Kezia' or something along those lines, am I missing something else that's been said? Don't see any problem with it at all either. To me the problem is Kezia is telling lies, that's really the issue here. Though obviously Labour zombies are trying to deflect.

pandarilla Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 What Dugdale and slab did to sturgeon is worse than what her aul da did to her imo Maybe so - but the relationships are hardly equal. Political opponents as opposed to father-daughter.

1320Lichtie Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 He's telling her off like she's a child. It's incredibly embarrassing. I'm sure she's taken it in pretty good spirits, why wouldn't she? Her dad's only telling her to 'check her facts' FFS! It's really no big deal Like I said it's only politics at the end of the day You're completely overreacting

It's really no big deal Like I said it's only politics at the end of the day You're completely overreacting I could well be. But I'd be amazed if she's taking it in good spirits. I reckon she'll either be: a) fucking hating him inside but laughing it off publicly to save face. b) pretty devastated inside but laughing it off to save face. It completely damages her political career.
1320Lichtie Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 It completely damages her political career. Explain?
FuzzyAffro Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 Is that aimed at me? Stop seeing politics like it's football, where your mind is so closed that any differing point of view must be the enemy. Politics is much more important than football. The level of treachery deployed by Labour to thwart Scottish independence as it was a threat to Labour's ability to govern and the same treachery being shown now to subvert democracy in Scotland is worthy only of utter contempt. They are the enemy, you are theirs that's how they made it. Stop seeing politics like its all nicey-nicey, its a brutal, high stakes, nasty affair and we are at all out war with the British establishment. That was their doing. There's nothing more important, and the gloves are well and truly off.
FuzzyAffro Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 He's telling her off like she's a child. It's incredibly embarrassing. Tbf she is his child, I would say if anyone can do that he'd be one of two people.

Once again trying to spin the old spin. I don't really give a tepid t@rd about her political career.
Carl Cort's Hamstring Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 To do what, what has he done? All I've seen is 'check up on facts before speaking Kezia' or something along those lines, am I missing something else that's been said? He's humiliating her in a public forum. There's no need. Comes across as the kind of guy that makes lots of awkward jokes at his wife's expense at parties.
1320Lichtie Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 He said 'check your facts Kezia' that is all! Ruin her political career There's about 50 folk who said exactly the same to her before he did

Comes across as the kind of guy that makes lots of awkward jokes at his wife's expense at parties. As I said I bet you any money he already has said to her privately FFS Kez cut the crap its embarrassing and doing you no good etc. Labour party policy folk have said carry on its the best we've got so she has and he has resorted to this. The issue is much more she is continuing to lie when she knows she's lying, and she is an elected representative. That's outrageous, though par for the course for Labour.
pandarilla Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 He said 'check your facts Kezia' that is all! Ruin her political career There's about 50 folk who said exactly the same to her before he did None of them are her father. It's like being stabbed in the back. Round n round here I guess.
Antiochas III Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 He's humiliating her in a public forum. There's no need. Comes across as the kind of guy that makes lots of awkward jokes at his wife's expense at parties. A public figure tells a lie on a very public forum, they deserve to be smacked down in public. Maybe she will take note and stop doing it
forever_blue Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 No matter what age you are , getting telt off yer da in public is a riddy . She will be getting pelters in the regi tomorrow morning .

wirez Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 He's telling her off like she's a child. It's incredibly embarrassing. Good on him. Sound political advice for an errant offspring
FuzzyAffro Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 I'm not sure how you're getting that from what I said
