All the best at Cambuslang Paul. Bin the players who don't want to be at the club, &. assemble a group of the best players you can attract to the club.

Get them as fit, highly motivated, & disciplined, as possible. Conduct yourself like a true leader on the touch line, & you will be fine.

Footballs no rocket science. Good luck.

Sounds easy when you put it like that! But not everyone is as good as your man at the helm at Shotts. . . . . . Which is why he has had a few jobs.

Hearing through the grapevine today at the West final that the position was offered to Ryan Jordan however he choose to turn the job down. Would have been an interesting choice had he taken the position. Would have liked to have seen what he could offers the club as manager and players he may have attracted.

Time will tell but think we need to get behind Paul and his staff and try build a squad capable of gaining promotion. Anything less and we will be looking for a new manager this time next year again.

All hinges on Paul's ability to bring the players that are good enough into the club and how he manages that pressure of promotion or bust

I'm looking forward to the season but with a tinge of trepidation we shall see what Paul and his playing charges brings to the new season.
