Henrik's tongue
Biased Bigoted Corrupt Scotland are not talking to us because we have banned Gollum from The Stadium. Apparantly his opinion that 3 Bears out of 4000 had been arrested was more newsworthy than a good performance from The Gers, being the final straw after years deliberatly negative reporting from a man in employ of an organisation that is supposed to be impartial. Jake must be a knob. That's all I'm saying.
Jakes Pal
Is that Rangers' problem here? A reporter mentioned the unacceptable, illegal behaviour of an element of the support? Obviously, the only thing to do is ban him and alienate the world renowned broadcasting institution for which he works. How bloody pathetic. How many fans have been arrested at games he has reported on over, the years? Must be a fair few, yet he only thinks it is newsworthy to report arrests when Rangers are involved. Fans are arrested at games every week all over the country , not that you would know. Three guys arrested for allegedly singing naughty songs is the main headline of the world renowned broadcasting institution. How bloody pathetic. Monkey Tennis
If as a society, we wish to really tackle the ill that is sectarianism, then it needs highlighting. I applaud the BBC for reporting on such instances.

Monkey Tennis
As far as I know the reasons haven't been given yet. Plenty of rumours but no facts. So please wind yer neck in. I was responding to what the poster said was the reason. I even asked him if that was what this was about so, er, wind that neck of yours in too. Right, so I'm not allowed to respond to what someone claims is the reason, until I've had this source officially verified? You do talk some rubbish dear Bennett. So should only one section of society be persued for unacceptable behaviour while others are allowed to do or say whatever they want? I have no problem with Rangers supporters being prosecuted for offences in today,s right on Scotland, I do have a problem with Rangers. supporters being the whipping boys for the rest of Scottish football. How many prosecutions or banning orders have been issued against the Motherwell fans who invaded the pitch and provoked the Rangers support at Fir park.? If the situation had been reversed the Police response would havebeen far more rebust. How is the investigation going into the assault by bottle on the 10yo Bear going? Have not heard any news of an arrest yet.

I've no idea if any arrests followed that disgusting incident. I certainly didn't learn of any, but that's hardly conclusive. Are you seriously suggesting however that arrests are less likely because the poor child in question wore a blue scarf rather than a green one? If so, I'm afraid that it means you're a deranged person.

Absolutely, if the poor child in question had been bottled by a Rangers Supporter then everyone from Interpol to International Rescue would have been called in to the hunt. The press would have been offering rewards for information leading to the capture of the monster responsible. Rangers fan sings naughty song then it is a three minute response, crashed car on motorway, three days, bottled young Bear, God alone knows how long for an effective response. Still waiting for an arrest for the assault on Fernando at The Piggery, still waiting for an arrest for the arson attack on the Rangers team bus. Deranged person? No justifiably miffed person at the one way street as far as crimes against Rangers and Rangers supporters are dealt with in the best wee country in the World. Probably attempting a wind up, but if not, utterly deranged I'm afraid old chum. Such a display of fruitloopery as is very seldom seen, even in these parts. All the best with everything. WhiteRoseKillie
Can I be the first to congratulate Jake's Pal* on reaching double figures of posts without being banned. Good going for a PUO. * Surprised The_KinCarCrash hasn't been all over the missing apostrophe, in all honesty. Maybe still comatose from his latest drunken** rant, trying to work all his issues out on P&B. Internet Therapy - what could possibly go wrong? ** I hope he was drunk - to spout that pish while sober would, imho, indicate serious MH issues.
