ICTChris
I saw a result from Hartlepool that had a candidate from the PHF party? Who they?

Needless to say that it won't matter in any area where The Only Show In Town is rocking home with more than half of the vote though. A shoeing awaits in the Central Belt for the Britnats, but they'll likely make some gains in teuchter country. There does seem to be an inordinate amount of hardcore BritNats in the north. My suspicion is that they make great play of being "one nation British" because recognising Scotland as a nation within the UK would mean admitting they're from the second-tier nation, and an often-overlooked corner of one at that. One sees this in the likes of Fox, Gove and Harris too - they all strive to be more vocally British than their counterpart Brexiters from England, almost as if they have an inferiority complex about being born in Scotland that trumpeting "Britishness" and a single British nation and identity effaces. Local issues could well have been more in play than the Independence issue. It makes no difference to the Council anyway which is run by independents.

Sherrif John Bunnell
Minter for us. It is a fermer heavy ward. Only Smithton and Culloden have a sizeable working class population, everywhere else is leafy suburbia, fields or an airport.

Loondave1
I suspect we won't be seeing as many pish-stained rants from Loondave on this topic as with some others? That's your individual trifle going back in the fridge Gordon and as for the walks in the Autumn leaves....

Peppino Impastato
I don't know, people who vote tory have something wrong with them, they lack basic human qualities most of us take for granted. Unless you are English aristocracy the tories do not, have never, and will never represent or care about you.
