Having been asked to work with the goalkeepers at Blantyre Vics Juniors under Davie Greig and now Murdie McKinnon - all the guys have been totally responsive - I have been asked to look at setting up another night, and my remit will be bringing together a combination of Junior Football, Amateur Football and ( those viewing this section) Under-21 goalies. This arrangement would be non profit-making on a Thursday evening in Glasgow. If goalkeepers have experienced running with outfield players, passing drills unrelated to the position, and countless footballs fired in from the 18 yard line in a "shooting drill", I can give them access to the best 'keeper coaching available, working with other quality goalkeepers,and improve areas of their own game not possible within their own club(s). Could I ask those age group goalkeepers who have replied to date to please leave me a MOBILE or LANDLINE CONTACT numbers, as this will allow me to process much quicker available numbers, and whether the planned weekly evening sessions would clash with their own club training.
