Mr. Brightside Posted March 9, 2016 Posted March 9, 2016 It's Geno Smith timeNope. Get yourself tae f**k sir.
lichtie23 Posted March 9, 2016 Author Posted March 9, 2016 A lot of money for 2 downs of football. Played 52% of snaps last year. Osweiler gets 4 years, $72m. Different system now though so should help.
lichtie23 Posted March 9, 2016 Author Posted March 9, 2016 Nope. Get yourself tae f**k sir.Bryce Petty then?
lichtie23 Posted March 9, 2016 Author Posted March 9, 2016 I'm reading that the Broncos are seriously thinking about bringing in RG3.
lichtie23 Posted March 9, 2016 Author Posted March 9, 2016 Lamar Miller to the Texans in a $40 million deal Brandon Brooks to the Eagles
Mr. Brightside Posted March 9, 2016 Posted March 9, 2016 Lamar Miller to the Texans in a $40 millionHow many years? Cause that's a lot of money for him imo
lichtie23 Posted March 9, 2016 Author Posted March 9, 2016 How many years? Cause that's a lot of money for him imoMy mistake. It's 26 million. Brooks got 40 million at the Eagles
Dee4Life1893 Posted March 9, 2016 Posted March 9, 2016 How many years? Cause that's a lot of money for him imo I've seen $26 million with $14 million guaranteed.
GingerSaint Posted March 9, 2016 Posted March 9, 2016 What we doing at QB GS? Btw I think Marvin Jones to the Lions is a good shout, he was criminally underused in Cincy. Also for WR2 Sanu is a good signing, $7 million is a bit steep though. Don't know man. We're in a sneaky win now mode. With the weapons and system we have, I feel like we can make the best use of average talent. There are a lot of QB's out there rumoured to be available (although not seen any linked with Jets other than Fitz). RG3, Kaep, Hoyer, Sanchez and Bradford off the top of my head. We could also get a QB in the draft (Paxton Lynch perhaps who ran a spread offense in College) and Bryce Petty is there. I don't think we should overpay Fitz but then again we need a veteran QB because we can't go into the draft hoping someone falls to us. I really don't know what I want to happen. I have faith in the organisation to do the right thing for the first time though.
lichtie23 Posted March 9, 2016 Author Posted March 9, 2016 Dolphins cut Brent Grimes saving them 6.5 million. Saints favourite to sign Colts TE Coby Fleener
GingerSaint Posted March 9, 2016 Posted March 9, 2016 Fitz officially a free agent and "Jets have kept things at arms length". Ooh boy this will be fun/tragic.
lichtie23 Posted March 9, 2016 Author Posted March 9, 2016 Who else is looking for a QB? Cleveland? Fitz go there possibly

Geno is diabolical so he can gtf, and I'd much rather give Petty the chance. Is RGIII worth the monumental punt? Depends what he's asking for I suppose.

RG3 would be a circus and we'd need a decent backup with his injury history. Agree on Petty. Would like him to get a shot before Geno or another retread.
lichtie23 Posted March 9, 2016 Author Posted March 9, 2016 With Brock going to Houston that surely means Hoyer will be a free agent sooner rather than later. Fancy him in the Green lads?
GingerSaint Posted March 9, 2016 Posted March 9, 2016 Dolphins move from 8th to 13th in the draft for Maxwell/Alonso.

Bully Wee Villa Posted March 9, 2016 Posted March 9, 2016 Happy with Trevathan. He could be a star for a decade for us.
