LiviLion
Think I'd top myself if Hughes was Scotland manager. Still have Vietnam style flashbacks of his "philosophy" at Livi.
Marshmallo
Think I'd top myself if Hughes was Scotland manager. Still have Vietnam style flashbacks of his "philosophy" at Livi. The dark days when you were a comfortable Championship team.
sergie's no1 fan
Couldn't help but chuckle when I heard him say maybe I should bang my drum a bit louder about the style of football I like my teams to play. That's all he fucking talks about, he can't even say philosophy never mind spell it either.

In fairness he has got a decent record as a manager and his team have played football, for Scotland though? No thanks Is he actually born and bred in Edinburgh with an accent like that by the way? Sounds like a right tuechter
The Grass Is Greener.
At Hibs he signed 3 first team goalkeepers and said he was going to rotate the 3 of them over a season. Regardless of form he just gave each of them a game, they were all pretty shite. He called it his goalkeeper school I love Yogi but the mans a rocket. RandomGuy.
"Sack Strachan as we could do better" utterly crushed by someone suggesting John Hughes. Outstanding. Can't wait to see us passing the ball between our defenders away to Malta, who just camp in their own half utterly bemused, while Yogi frantically wanks his flaccid cock at the possession stats

dogmc
Martin!!! ffs he's lazier than a cuckoo and even his diving in the box is embarrassingly bad. NO. Derby are so pleased with him they've loaned him out to a rival side. A ringing endorsement that.

Scary Bear
'Gowsher knows mah phisholoshy.' Some elocution lessons and Hughes will be a shoe-in for the Scotland job. Big daft f**k that he is.

Bet players would thrive under Hughes There is a lot of utter hogwash in this thread, but I think that might be the nadir of the Tartan Army forum. Good lord man. John Hughes? Do you really want to see Marshall passing the ball to Hutton 16 times before launching it 70 yards, every single game?
RandomGuy.
Apparently Scotland have only won one of the previous nine first games of qualifying campaigns.
