That's yon Daniel Harvie confirmed as joining the Sons on loan.

Should we expect him to slot straight into the first team?

Depends how good your current left back is to be honest. He's had a few appearances for the Aberdeen first team, and he's played for the younger international squads, I think he's quite highly rated. He's a big lad as well; as you can see from here (top right), he's about the same height as Considine (6'3"), which is tall for a left back!

Considine is never 6'3", 6'1" maybe.

Reynolds is definitely 6'1", look at the team photo and compare him to Considine. Ash Taylor is at least 6'5", I've stood beside him in a queue and he's got a good 5" on me (height)!

Heart of a lion, a real leader, but not a fantastic footballer and, by all accounts, better in central midfield.

Is he quick? I'm pretty sure the human race has evolved quicker than a few of our back 4 have moved.

I've only seen about 10 minutes of him in the flesh, so hard to say. I didn't think he stood out as being particularly slow or fast. I did remember thinking he didn't look ready for that level though, but ours youths are good, so hopefully he does well down there.

If he's anywhere near as good as the last Daniel you gave us then he should be a decent addition.

Ash Taylor is 6'4" - he said that himself upon his arrival. I doubt Reynolds is even 6'.

Not seen enough of Harvie to comment, but he always gets good write ups.

2 million for Hemmings gave me a great laugh to start the day, thank you.

The guy failed to make it last time he was in england for one, also no championship team would pay that to a diddy team from scotland.

If you got an offer of 300k he would be gone.

Turns out he was pretty spot on.

Dundee fans must be raging that they're only getting 750k for their two superstars.

What am I missing? I thought Stewart had turned down Birmingham.
