Drew Brees
Have tuned in to munter radio out of curiosity to hear what the "real reggers men" are saying about the current situation. The chair guy has said that Partick Thistle have been "expelled and not relegated" from the Championship. Quelle surprise, they can recognise this when it applies to another team, but they have, for 8 years, vented their bigoted ire at Scottish football for their original entity being "relegated". The sooner this shower, and their myopic, delusional support disappear from senior football, the better for the rest of the football fraternity in Scotland. To sum up, what happened to them had nothing to do with David Murray running up ridiculous debts, embarking on insanely risky tax evading schemes, then selling the entire club/operating company to a venture capitalist, with a long record of closing down companies, for the sum of one pound? It was all to do with Scottish football kicking them in the groin and spitting in their faces? There must be a reason **** take to lying as naturally as breathing. They know their former club went out of business. They know a new club was formed, and they know the new club had to apply to join the Scottish professional football league. What good does continually saying their club was illegally relegated/demoted to the bottom tier of Scottish football do them? They know it's a complete lie.

Dear Vicky, you've become quite adept at "avoiding" the issues presented by hiding behind semantics or minor discrepancies. You understand full well that the cheating scheme that allowed your old team to purchase and pay players that they could not otherwise afford is tagged under "Tax Avoidance" rather than "evasion". However, by clinging on to this word, you don't have to address the real points of what Drew was saying. Now that i've cleared up this wee camouflage attempt, please re-visit Drew's post that gave you a wee deflection opportunity and address the points raised about murray's connivance and cheating on behalf of the old, now deid, reggers. Thank you.

Thank you. Tax evasion is criminal as Drew well knows, it's hardly a minor discrepancy as you put it. Tax avoidance isn't and has been considered normal practice amongst the rich, businesses and football for a while now. Oh and that new posting style of yours is quite familiar... -

The "minor discrepancy" i referred to was you using Drew's wrong choice of words to dive in on that, rather than accept what he meant and addressing it. You're right, evasion is very bad in the eyes of HMRC. Avoidance is also frowned upon by HMRC, especially when it allows the beneficiaries to skim their collective arses just on the right side of being accepted as "legal". However, the pornographer's scheme was blown away by your old team when they extended the tight rules relating to EBTs by introducing those pesky side-letters, which rendered the scheme wholly devoid. I know that you know this. Please elaborate on this "new posting style" that you find familiar. I'm intrigued.

Well yes, it is indeed normal for large companies and the rich and famous to use tax avoidance schemes. Are you seriously trying to say otherwise? 4 minutes ago, hearthammer said: The "minor discrepancy" i referred to was you using Drew's wrong choice of words to dive in on that, rather than accept what he meant and addressing it. Drew used the wrong word - i clarified that above. You used this to "avoid" answering him. I hate the fact that this shambles of an entity see dominance in Scottish football as their "right", notwithstanding they're impervious to the fact they carried out the biggest industrial-scale cheating in british sporting history. I also knew a couple of guys who were working on the old rangers tax cases for HMRC and i'm aware of the threats and shite they received and needed to up their personal protection levels. Aye, i'm full (you missed out a crucial word) anti-sevco.
