Did you see that ludicrous display last night?

Posted

I got barged out the way by some Millwall casuals a few weeks ago as they piled through the Underground en route to Wembley for their playoff defeat.

A mere tut under my breath had them all disappearing without a trace, too scared to even look over their shoulders.

Big failing of the Edwardians by not putting suitable passing places in the draughty tube corridors which connect stations, just in case a large unidirectional group decide to use up the whole thing.

I was wearing a Pretty Green t-shirt, jeans and Asics trainers to work one day on a 'dress down' day and was accused of dressing like a casual.

You should've knocked the c**t out and told them they were right.

I punched four or five people squarely in the face whilst wearing £100 Adidas footwear last night.

I've found the recording of your phonecall when you joined your gym, Shandon:

I was the opposite, it was the shiny shorts and vaseline that attracted me.

I remember a thread on here a few years ago where some oldies were reminiscing about their 'casual' experiences in the 80s. Very funny reading about the Arbroath fans being 'ran' and so on.

Rab Bannan from Coatbridge- absolute legend. Should be knighted for his services to the community.

Is he Rab the crab or Rab Corbett?

I find myself mixing a casual bucolic Socialist look.
A lacoste cape is the must have item this summer.

I can never get the casual look nailed, despite owning a few Pretty Green items. Today I just realised I look like a cross between Dennis the Mennis and Our Wullie and last night I was dressed like Don Johnson from Miami Vice. I'll never make it as a top boi.
