I'm no sure mate , was wondering if it was like the old deal with sky with each club getting 75k or something similar for live TV games??

Aye, they'll pay 150 grand for Arbroath v. Dundee United. Money well spent!

I'm pretty sure there's never been individual match fees for the League Cup. Which is why the BT deal is an improvement.

The SFL was a very socialist organisation, distributing all sponsorship and rights monies near enough equally.

You're thinking of the Scottish Cup. That used to be £62,500 to each team.

The League Cup was on the BBC, who paid peanuts.

Wrong. On both counts. Scottish Cup was £92,500 per team. Old League Cup deal was £95,000 per team.  Its far lower for the new Betfred Cup deal as the bulk of the money is kept in the pot. Dont know if the value is public though so not my place to make it so.

We're both wrong w.r.t. the Scottish Cup - it was for a long time £82,500 to each team. I think I had the total fee (£165,000) in mind when I made my post.

The BBC deal was peanuts, relatively speaking. £900k a year, which might have translated into a slightly higher fee per team, but that's only because fewer games were shown.

You are right though mine was a typo rather than an actual error. Sorry.
