Smells, what's your favourite?

Sorry if topic already has a thread, tried searching but couldn't find one.

A couple sitting next to me in the pub just ordered a simple bowl of chips, the woman then gave them a rather lavish sprinkling of salt & (more importantly) vinegar.

I'm salivating just at the aroma!

What's your favourite smell? Doesn't need to be food related btw, some people like the smell of a new car, some like the smell of a baby straight out the bath, the latter are generally in jail tbf.

Charles for the first person to reply with the classic "yer ma"

Helen for the first person to reply with the classic " you love chips Rolly, you fat b*****d"

P&B, get sniffing.

The smell of baking bread and the aroma from the chippy for my food ones.

The smell from the seaside was always a good one as it signified you're on holiday.

Oh and when you open a new jar of coffee.

A chip shop (notice I am avoiding chippie or chipper).  Don't eat stuff out of the chip shop very often but the smell is delicious and unique.  Best when you're some place you are not familiar with and turn a corner and wooft that smell.

Im a greedy b*****d.
