When Trump won she was thanking the Lord on an almost hourly basis and praising Mike Pence as a great Christian, saying her prayers had been answered. Fucking mental really. Some are questioning if it's even worth the paper it's written on. A lot of these executive orders are nothing more than ego-driven, attention-seeking shite. It looks like it only applies narrowly to a handful of people. I suspect that the ACLU knew which judge to ask. It seems pretty clear that the President has the legal power to bar non-citizens from entering the country. Obama ordered a stop to refugee processing of applicants from Iraq for 6 months. Jimmy Carter did it to Iran during the hostage crisis.
