That's it. Do you have a link to it?

Brilliant site, but the hypothermia one doesn't seem to be listed.  Google searching would seem to indicate that it was called "don't lie down and sleep".

We'll all just have to content ourselves with the 1971 hit film about not crawling into disused fridges (and suffocating).

I'd been looking at YT etc and come across a number of those films that scared a generation, but not the hypo one. I wonder if they ever got the Frisbee back from the HV substation, after burying their pal?

Naw, they went for a kip, lying across railway tracks, instead.

or tried to move a boat under some wires and got zapped when the mast connected.

the number of daft feckers you see riding about Edinburgh on bikes wearing black without lights on dark winter nights they should be all taken to a Polis Station basement and be subjected to old public information films about cycling in the style of "A Clockwork Orange".

A Clockwork Orange being "banned" in Britain (actually withdrawn by Kubrick) is another Blast from the Past.

 Do you remember when the orange tango advert had people running up to strangers and happy slapping them, the ad got banned as well because there was public disorder because many eardrums were being damaged and was becoming an epidemic problem on the NHS resources?

Brilliant advert,

Newspaper propagated urban myth: Clockwork Orange was never banned - Kubrick had it withdrawn due to the level of death threats levelled against his family. The cinema chains were furious.

It's a bit of a shame the direction that Jan Michael Vincent's life went in after that.

He had one part in particular that went in the wrong direction .
Admitted to hospital after taking a hard on for 4 days
