Sadly it is fixed by English authorities and this season they moved it from Sep to Oct, presumably to suit England international, but it was a cup-tie date up here (though half the games got rained off so it would've been a bit academic). Possibly the Scottish leagues could try to agree and promote their own day, granted. Maybe this mob may be interested in helping organise and promote it north of the border https://scottishfsa.org/
HibeeJibee
Bump. This annual semi-surreal jamboree rolls into town next weekend.Friday 29th March Dunipace v Bonnyrigg Rose Athletic (8pm)Saturday 30th March Camelon v Edinburgh Utd (11am) Inverkeithing Hillfield Swifts v Heriot-Watt University (2:15pm) Blackburn United v Preston Athletic (5:15pm) Linlithgow Rose v Jeanfield Swifts (8pm)Sunday 31st March Peebles Rovers v Newtongrange Star (12:30pm) Main interest in Dunipace v Bonnyrigg is whether the away side can get the point they need to wrap-up Conference B. Camelon v Edinburgh Utd the following day is a bit of a dead-rubber but Inverkeithing v Heriot-Watt Uni sees the away side needing maximum points in the chase for 5th/6th, while Blackburn v Preston is a massive game in that race, and Linlithgow v Jeanfield has 'must win' status for Linlithgow as they continue to hope Broxburn drop points (they'll have visited Craigroyston plus St Andrews hosted Ormiston in the afternoon). Peebles v Newtongrange is largely for bragging rights.

I'd hoped to get to Peebles but it's mother's day, the missus' birthday and she's playing in a concert that night, so I think I might not even ask... Marten
I'll probably do all except for Linlithgow, as I've already been there and I don't want to get back to Dundee too late.

gaz5
Pinch that idea of Camelon.[emoji38]Always been part of the plans, but slowly, slowly catchy monkey as we do it sustainably. [emoji846] Wee bit here, wee bit there. Plus ours has heaters. [emoji846] More exciting changes coming soon though, through the hard work of the CEC and help from local business who support what we're trying to do, watch this space.[emoji6]
