The Rover Posted August 16, 2017 Posted August 16, 2017 Have had a couple of boys coming to training who are both in the military, one plays with a club in England the other a club in Wales but they are based up here and only play the odd times they go back south. Can they register with our club while at the same time be registered with a club over the border? My thinking was if your allowed to register with a Saturday team and also register with another team on a Sunday then surely you can do so with cross border teams? but as I have never dealt with anything like that before I'm only guessing
sctv Posted August 16, 2017 Posted August 16, 2017 As far as I'm aware you would need to get international clearance each time he signed for you or the team down south
The Goalie123 Posted August 16, 2017 Posted August 16, 2017 Don't think you can, we had a player we signed for a team down in England when he was down visiting family, when he came back up he couldn't play until he was released. Better check with your registration secretary though.
