However Sriracha is a fermented hot sauce with garlic in it and, while it is delicious, doesn’t belong anywhere near a donut. I assume they either don’t want to be seen as being dicks on camera, or the BBC cover the costs so they’ll take them anyway. He reckons there's 2 or 3 who have a genuine business plan with a chance of success and they get spotted very early on. After that it's about picking personalities, characters that clash, diversity boxes to be ticked and sex appeal.
