Brummie Clyde
The Scotland U20s are playing England on Free Sports. More entertaining than the Scotland - Costa Rica game.
sergie's no1 fan
StMirren have been accused of being a one man team, what does that make the Scotland Under 21s. Morgan has been the bright spark this season.Gemmill has to be sacked, humiliating result.
HibeeJibee
It's claimed some in SFA see Gemmill as McLeish's successor. Maybe they'll just reshuffle him 'n Sbragia again. Before tonight Andorra U21s had lost every competitive game ever played, bar:(2007) Andorra 0-0 Iceland (2011) Andorra 0-0 Romania (2015) Estonia 1-1 Andorra (2017) Andorra 1-0 Lithuania (2019) Latvia 0-0 Andorra

He also neglects to mention a 2-0 away win for the u18s against England last night, completely negating his point
Lex
Have you ever had a vein of optimism Not been much to be optimistic about regarding the Scotland teams recently. What positives can you take from yesterday’s results?RE The under 18 team, we’ve always been good at that level. It’s the transition from school boy to adult that we’ve struggled with in the last 20 years.Found this tweet quite interesting last night. The Scottish league is joint bottom in Europe when it comes to pass completion. Think that really highlights that any talented youngster needs to get the hell out of our leagues as soon as they can. LiviLion
Reckon it just shows how good the league is defensively tbh, that's a lot of interceptions.
RandomGuy.
A stat taken completely without context, and base, and presented in a table form. Were these short passes/long passes? Were they unsuccessful due to error or interception? Two basic bits on information which need to be added to such observations before it's even worth mentioning them. This - there’s also the fact that our style of play is far faster than elsewhere. Whereas even in the Premiership most of the time you get much more time on the ball.
