chaps Posted April 20, 2018 Posted April 20, 2018 Breaking news. Not usually a fan of the style of music but the lad had some catchy tunes. 28 is just a child as well.
Cumdog35 Posted April 20, 2018 Posted April 20, 2018 Seen him live 3 times and each time he was fantastic, a proper DJ unlike others. Gutted. RIP Avicii
BawWatchin Posted April 20, 2018 Posted April 20, 2018 Was never a fan of his take on EDM, but a huge name in the industry non the less. 28 is far too young to go. RIP.
Dindeleux Posted April 20, 2018 Posted April 20, 2018 28?I’d have thought he would’ve lived for at least Ten More Days.
Richey Edwards Posted April 20, 2018 Posted April 20, 2018 Can't say that I'm a fan of his music but 28 is no age to die.
Shannon Posted April 20, 2018 Posted April 20, 2018 He got a massive lot of abuse online, took a year off touring just in 2016 which is unheard of for a DJ earning £100k a weekend and had battles with alcohol, pills and other substances at such a young age. This song is quite sad now to have a listen to. Seems a genuinely nice guy from Sweden who was obviously lonely touring the world and got bored as every guy in his 20s would. Sad times for his family.
southstand_bairn Posted April 21, 2018 Posted April 21, 2018 Thought his music was murder but it certainly highlights that getting paid a shit load and touring the world isn’t the solution for everyone. Interesting seeing the amount of DJ’s posting about the lack of support available for these guys. Plenty of parasites will float about them as well
Dosser-fae-the-shire Posted April 21, 2018 Posted April 21, 2018 Big fish, little fish, wooden box. f**k sake.
TheScarf Posted April 23, 2018 Posted April 23, 2018 Seek Bromance and Silhouettes were Stone Cold Stunners of tunes IMO.
welshbairn Posted April 23, 2018 Posted April 23, 2018 Talked to an English DJ who'd been flown over to Krakow and put up in a fancy hotel and paid a lot. Went to the gig and it was free to get in and the beer was cheap. Venue was nothing special. Music was good. Wasn't that busy. How the f**k do DJ's get paid so much?
