There's no chance it's 7 or 8 incidents.
The police and the PF Scotland pile up the charges on a single incident to put pressure on defendants (usually to force them to plea guilty in return for the majority of the charges being forgotten). The last time I was in a court as a spectator a young man was up on about a dozen charges including 2 or 3 involving a knife, within five minutes the majority of the charges were dropped and the knife magically disappeared.
Don't think it was a knife he was holding in his hand tbh.

Why are you so touchy about the legal system? Polis?

You don't have the first clue about how many women have came forward. You're talking absolute shite about something you have no fucking idea about.

I appreciate you pass the time by trolling on here but probably best to leave off on the topic of varying degrees of sexual assault on multiple women eh.

I am speaking from personal experience (not sexual assault) that the norm is to be charged with as many crimes as possible for a single incident. It's rare in Scotland for a person to come to court with a single charge.

You're right, I do.

Everyone seems to be a victim nowadays, in fact I feel left out that I wasn't bullied at school, who do I see about the injustice of this ??

I said something similar to this in the MMA thread about McGregor. Can't imagine ever wanting someone to be a sex offender, but no doubt people will want it here. It's weird as f**k.

Also, like that one, I think Salmond is a weapon.

Someone in my work mentioned the charges to another lassie and they were very smug about it, as well as giving it the whole 'I always knew' chat. Very odd behaviour and they seem to have judged him as guilty immediately.

Jesus H. Some charge sheet.

On a fair trial: c'mon to f**k. You can be right into independence and still judge a case on its facts, regardless of who it is.

The problem is that we don't have any facts, however the "mob" on here have already got him a serial rapist.

As I said previously, this "enlightened" bunch on here would have been the same types who'd have been burning witches a few centuries back, yet they see themselves as some sort of free thinkers and liberals when in fact the exact opposite is the case.

It's actually pretty sad..........

Wings will be busy typing up a piece about  how a Scottish Tory or Labour campaigner was once accused of sexual harassment.

Or calling Monica Lennon disgusting again for not publicly naming her abuser.

Charge sheets for prosecutions like this rarely make pleasant reading. I was called up (but not selected) for jury duty twice last year and in both cases the charge sheet was pretty horrendous.

There's actually a Tory deputy lord provost just been arrested for sexual assault and also a sheriff charged for the same.

It's all happening, maybe they were all in it together ???

Don't think anyone is assuming he's guilty, some of us are doubtful how anyone could be sure he isn't though, and would defend him whatever the complaints.

You must be reading a different thread to me, mate.  I'm about as Anti Nat as it gets and enjoy a bit of Yesser schadenfreude - but I don't see much evidence of what you're suggesting.

C'mon tae f**k.

Your response is pure partisanship. It's a serious charge sheet and needs dealt with according to due process. I don't think anyone has got him down as a serial rapist, he is innocent until proven guilty after all. Nevertheless you can't simply dismiss what is a fairly grim looking set of charges.
