Ylf
Do you do any of the house work? Or do you think it’s woman’s work [emoji46][emoji1]. The hours I do I’m free till late dinner time so I end up doing the washing hoovering etc and preparing the meal for night.i also do the garden as well. Come to think of it I think my girlfriend is taking the piss [emoji1]🤣
ICTJohnboy
I do most of the cooking in our place mainly because my other half's a lousy cook. I'm quite happy to leave all the menial tasks to her.
throbber
I get home from work and I’m tired from work and my Mrs is tired from having the baby all day so we have been in a bit of a stand off of late as we both think that the other should be doing more around the house. It’s pretty much constantly messy and cluttered nowadays with not enough space to put everything away.

heedthebaa
I do the house cleaning, gardens, diy, car cleaning, some ironing (that can’t go in the press) and she’s even got me on cooking 2 nights a week now. She does the ironing, most of the cooking and deals with the money ins/outs. It works well, so no arguments here
Richey Edwards
I do the things that men do like hitting things with hammers and moving furniture about.
Melanius Mullarkey
I do everything apart from the washing. No fucking wonder I need a lie down at work.
mizfit
I do everything because i simply cannot trust my girlfriend to do anything. Unless her fat pal has invited herself for tea, then she feels the need to do something.
Raidernation
I cook, clean, do dishes, do my laundry and work. I’d say I do my share

MONKMAN
Prior to her moving in I had a cleaner, but always kept a tidy house. Since she’s OCD for cleanliness and tidying up, she deals with that. I do all the cooking for two reasons. First is that I’m very good at it, the second being the limitations of her cooking is toast. ICTChris
She does all the cooking and I do the washing up. She does hoovering, cleaning, tidying etc but I’ll help out. Anything that involves heavy lifting or anything up high (wife is dinky)I’ll do.We assemble flat pack furniture together because it’s fun to see how much we can argue without divorcing or killing one another. Dons_1988
I thought it was common knowledge that when moving in with the mrs you generously offer a 50/50 split, do a shite job of it until she bans you from doing it. I haven’t ironed a shirt or cleaned the bathroom in years [emoji1305]

Adam
I used to do the vast majority when I lived with my ex, and therefore obviously do it all now I live on my own, but I’m not nearly as clean now as I was a couple of years ago. Place is still normally pretty tidy, but used to do a minimum of two hours housework a day after work each day whereas now I tend to just come in from work, stick the telly on, and have a beer. ah-dee
since i took ill and am therefore not working i do all the housework, washing and all the cooking. this is partly due to being bored out my nut most days and also her leaviing me a list. ive apways done all the cooking as its the only way i can guarantee my health doesnt deteriorate further. shes hopeless operating anything grander than a toastie machine.what jobs do the p&b masses avoid like the plague? for me its changing the bedsheets. always get her to do it. hate duvet covers! Guest bernardblack
I definitely do my fair share, but since I do it in a rational order (not doing a bit in each room etc) I get it done much quicker and thus looks like I don’t do my fair share.....argument ensues....repeat etc etc
