Black and White Tragic
Happy 2019 folks. Now that the Pars have created some breathing space away from the relegation zone, maybe we can start looking at the play offs at the right end of the table. A win in the home game against lowly Alloa might be a springboard, but could just as easily see our indifferent form continue. The part timers are well organised and always capable of causing problems, as well as having a high desire for the points, given they are in a three way dog fight to avoid two berths in relegation territory. Also, they have been rejuvenated with a last minute winner in their last fixture of 2018.

DA Baracus
We're undefeated against this rabble over 90 minutes this season. Easy win. For someone.
JamieStevenson
Hopefully we get a striker in for next week as we'll be without Andy Ryan due to him going through disciplinary process for the use of "Bhoys" on social media. Unacceptable behaviour.

D.A.F.C
Alloa are excellent. Underated side and we need to play well to get a result.
LeodhasXD
Dunfermline should ignore hope of making the playoffs and instead invest themselves fully to relegating Falkirk. Time for a donation of three points to your amicable neighbours Alloa.

Poet of the Macabre
Must win. We need to follow up the Falkirk result and get properly into this fight for top four. When you consider our following four league games are United, Morton, County and ICT, it's vital we get all three points. Can't see there being many unenforced changes to the starting XI but Alloa are a far better side that Falkirk and are on the back of two great wins. Let's start 2019 on a real high. DAFC.
Alloa are excellent.Their league position would suggest otherwise. Nothing but a home win will do.
printer
A win here would bring us to within one point of the Pars and also, potentially, two and three of QotS and Morton respectively if they lose this week. That would put a different perspective on our league position IMO.Clearly Dunfermline will start favourites, but not overwhelmingly so. Flanny will surely come in if fit, with either Stevie or Robbo unlucky to miss out. I expect also Shields will start wide right with wee Kev moved to the left. KierenAAFC
Looking forward to every game with the way the team are digging in just now. However, the first week of January always poses questions on what team we’ll be able to field. Can’t imagine Jim will move anyone in this week but let’s just hope the likes of Dario and Sam Roscoe aren’t called back to their own clubs. Flannigan coming back would be massive. We did well without him yesterday but he just makes everything tick. Far too good a player to bench if he’s fit next week.
LeodhasXD
On the loan front, Hastie has played his last game. Everyone else last showing will be this Dunfermline game except Zanatta who will have the Morton game aswell.
Darth Merlot
We'll have to be better than yesterday to beat Alloa, we'll need a bit of toughness too.Going to be a close one.

Aye it was announced on the website. The same one that has the Ross County game titled "last minute sickner." Roscoe's loan is up on the 6th and the general thought is Aberdeen will hold onto him because they've had a plethora of defensive injuries.
