Victor von Doom
Can Kilmallie avoid relegation in the sport of genuine local interest?

Aqy
Glenrothes have pulled out of the friendly this weekend due to injuries, so Fort's next game is away to Rosyth on the 20th. It's a charity game to raise suicide awareness (not sure if it's a specific charity), so it'll be good to see a decent crowd there.

Silverton End
There is a documentary about Fort William fc coming up on the BBC Scotland channel, Tuesday July 30th. 'The Fort'
Aqy
6-0 win over Rosyth yesterday on Saturday, with over £300 raised for Andy's Man Club. Next match away to Brora in the HL on Saturday 27th.
Highland Capital
Some talk that Caley Thistle might start loaning Fort a load of youth players.
TheScarf
Confirmed just now. These guys were superb last season in the youth league so will be interesting to see how they fair against adults. Skill wise they'll be better than the vast majority of who they're up against, but the physicality will be a huge test for them.

edinabear
This is a bit mad I have to say. The Highland League don't let Inverness colts in so they just loan almost a team of players to Fort William. I thought there was a limit to the amount of players that a side could accept on loan
TheScarf
It was Fort who approached us. We've loaned them youth players before and they finished 12th or something.
Klinical84
I guess maybe Brora might know what to expect in a way, as those players that signed played in the recent friendly with Caley Thistle. Should make Saturday a lot tougher, that’s for sure! Can’t see Fort William being the whipping boys again this season.
Pulp
ICT B will coast the league imo
hamish_ict
Hopefully this will work out ok - Fort sound like they could do with something to boost their squad, and ICT should benefit from players getting some decent experience. Be interesting to see what happens...
welshbairn
A few years ago there was a plan to fly over a load of Yank College players and make a reality TV show of them competing for Fort in the HL. Nothing came of it. This sounds like a downmarket version of the same idea, with the media interest restricted to a couple of lines in the P+J. Jack Burton
Will Fort William be changing their name to ICT Colts? Will just give the Old Firm more ammunition when it comes to trying to force their Colt sides into the league setup.

Burnie_man
HL refused ICT entering a colt team, so instead effectively take over the worst team in the league. The SFA really need to get a serious grip of the Pyramid up north.
