hk blues
I'm not sure that anyone in the bottom 6 can feel safe. There is now a gap between top half and bottom half and Dundee would need to win at least one of their games in hand to pull themselves towards that top half. That said, bottom place looks like it belongs to Livvi but who knows. After everyone has played each other home and away we'll get a clearer picture. All that said, I'm reasonably confident that this season's Dundee team have enough about them to grind out safety.

YassinMoutaouakil
Said this on our thread but a Motherwell Raith playoff would be pretty funny, would probably be 0-0 on aggregate going into the last 5 minutes and end up 3-3.

Currently doesn't look any way back for us, 7 straight defeats and no goals in our last 6 games, it isn't looking good for us. Scoring a goal and winning a game could change all that though. Spoiler Saying it quietly so as not to jinx it, here's hoping it starts with a win against Killie tomorrow.

GorbalsMags
Livi throwing 2 points away today feels like the kind of result which will come to sum up their season. Would take a minor miracle, and I'm not sure what they can really do to fix it. Players ageing or losing enthusiasm, no money. Grim situation for them.
RandomGuy.
Some big results today. Dundee win pushes them well clear of 12th and probably ends their chances of finishing there? Still a play off chance. St Johnstone beat Hibs to draw clear of 12th too. Fixtures over the next week feel ominous for Livingston. A fairly decent chance they have just 11pts, and less than 10 goals scored, after 18 games.
RandomGuy.
Nothing really shifts after tonight, other than another game for St Johnstone/Livingston being used up. Aberdeen shoot upwards but they should finish top half. Livingston quite badly need something from the Celtic game though, as theres a very decent chance of points for Aberdeen, County, and St Johnstone this weekend, which could leave them 9pts adrift of 10th.

Think Celtic games are almost always a write off, even though they're "IN CRISIS!" After that game we've got St Johnstone (H), Motherwell (A), Hearts (H) to take us to the winter break. Those first 2 in particular are massive for us. Our last couple of performances have been a touch more encouraging, there's been some form of attempt to attack and we finally got a goal from open play, so it's a bit typical that any slight bit of momentum/confidence will get absolutely obliterated at Parkhead Edited December 21, 2023 by LiviLion

We're probably due a sticky spell again which goes in your favour for that game too.

You get what you work for, and we’re on a positive trajectory after hapless CD and rookie Macca. We may lose a few but, longitudinally, we’re improving

RandomGuy.
A mega couple of games coming up for Livingston. Win tomorrow and suddenly its wide open again. Fixtures for the bottom 6 until the split are... Dundee (21pts): Celtic (H), Kilmarnock (A), St Johnstone (H) Aberdeen (19pts): Motherwell (H), St Mirren (H) St Johnstone (18pts): Livingston (A), Dundee (A) Ross County (17pts): Rangers (A), Hearts (A), Aberdeen (A) Motherwell (16pts): Aberdeen (A), Livingston (H), Hibernian (A) Livingston (11pts): St Johnstone (H), Motherwell (A), Hearts (H) Any predictions for how it'll look come the break? Genuinely could see Livingston being utterly adrift, but can also see them beating us and Motherwell and suddenly its game on again down here.
