One of my co-workers has been coughing her guts up for a couple of weeks. Her doctor told her that she mustn't go to work under any circumstances. Despite this, she came to work yesterday, had a major coughing fit in the staff room and had to be taken to hospital for testing. 5 minutes after she departed the staff room, I entered, totally oblivious, and sat down in the seat which she had just been coughing all over. 30 seconds later, our manager rushed in and told me I had to move so he could urgently disinfect the area. RIP me.

It turns out that it was just a regular viral infection, but still... could have been me. Could have been me.

I suspect theres folk going around with similar symptoms that actually do have coronavirus- they just haven't been tested and have recovered.

It says 87 but by the time I've finished this post it will be 89.

That's 0.0001339% of the population. Image result for don't panic gif

Having done a bit of reading on the hand sanitizer "debate", it seems a gel with about 60% alcohol will do the job

Soap is very good as the disease has a fat covering (not the scientific name for it) that detergent breaks down. That means regularly washing your hands will be a big plus.

As soap seems our best defence I fear this may mean RIP Green Brigade. :( Good night sweet princes.
