It really does feel like a chest infection with continued pressure to cough and added breathlessness. Rest is your friend. Thankfully working from home is not an issue for me so my life in general is not overly affected. The official government advice says it’s okay to go outdoors as long as you stay 2m away from people.I’m on annual leave this week and there’s no way I’m staying inside, especially when the weather is nice. I fully intend to go outdoors, go walking, climb some hills all week and I’m not going to go anywhere near a soul.
